Product and deployment
AgentOS is open-source software for building and operating digital workers. Operators may deploy it locally or through their chosen infrastructure provider, and are responsible for that deployment’s access, configuration and costs.
Third-party services and keys
Model providers, Railway and any connected accounts or integrations are separate services with their own terms. Operators supply and manage their own credentials and remain responsible for provider usage charges.
Acceptable use and supervision
Operators must use the software lawfully, protect credentials, respect third-party terms and keep humans responsible for consequential decisions. AgentOS does not promise uninterrupted availability, a security SLA or that every runtime capability is supported.
Updates and open-source components
AgentOS is built around OpenClaw and other open-source components. Operators should review compatibility and deployment changes before updates, particularly where persistent data or connected accounts are involved.
