Draft status
This is a working draft, not approved legal advice. Legal review is required before it is treated as a privacy policy or used for a live service.
Self-hosted and hosted deployments
AgentOS can run on an operator-controlled machine or through an explicitly configured host such as Railway. The deployment operator determines the infrastructure, account settings and data configuration for that instance.
Third-party services
A deployment may send information to selected model providers, connected accounts, channels, browser services and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Bring-your-own-key use does not make AgentOS responsible for those providers’ processing.
Logs, retention and responsibilities
The current product can expose operational and runtime data. The operator is responsible for configuring retention, backups, access and deletion practices for their own deployment. This website does not state a universal retention period or data residency commitment.
